Questions owners ask
Is it really free?
Yes. Listing your business, adding photos and hours, replying to reviews and seeing your numbers are all free. Paid options such as sponsored placement are optional extras.
My business is already on DesiNetwork. What do I do?
Claim it. Find your business, open its page and choose "Verify ownership". We send a code to the business email so we know it is really yours, and you can edit it from then on.
How long until my listing is live?
Every listing is checked by a person before it is published. Most are reviewed within a couple of working days, and we email you as soon as yours is live.
Who can see my phone number and email?
Your phone number is on your page for everyone. Your email address is shown only to signed-in members, which keeps spam away. Messages sent from your page reach you either way.
Can I list more than one business or location?
Yes. Add each business separately and manage them all from one dashboard, with their own numbers, enquiries and reviews.
How do I stand out from other listings?
Complete listings with a logo, photos and hours get more clicks, and answering reviews builds trust. For top placement on the home page and in your category, ask us about sponsored listings.
